At just 20 years old, Adam founded and led his first real estate team, personally closing 75-100 unit sales annually while managing a high-performing team that achieved 400-500 unit sales per year. This background in team leadership and high-volume sales has shaped his approach to construction, where he focuses on building cohesive teams, inspiring excellence, and delivering outstanding results.
His construction career spans ground-up new construction to complex renovations, with a consistent focus on timeline management and quality control.
Adam is also committed to meaningful community work, collaborating with nonprofits on humanitarian construction projects across multiple countries and working with individuals with disabilities through equine therapy.
